Mission & vision

Our mission at the Urjaa Global Principals Association is to unite and empower educational leaders worldwide.

To develop & promote principals & head of school cordial relationship to solve common school problem.
To conduct workshop, seminars, conferences, conclave etc. on related areas.
To publish journals, monographs and other literatures on schools related issues.
To co-operate with organizations working in the area of education.
To organize awards & Conclaves to honour the worthy work of dedicated educationists.
To have a common platform for principals & Head to share their view & problems to find an easy and non harming solution.
To Foster international partnerships between schools and universities to create pathways for students to explore academic and career opportunities abroad.

Our vision is to revolutionize education by collaborative networks among educational leaders by doing the following :

To establish a global network of educational leaders, including principals, directors, and chairpersons, to share best practices, insights and innovation.
To Enhance student skills through inter-school competitions, exchange programs, UX, UI Design , Financial Literary, Enterpreneaur workshops that prepare them for future challenges.
To Organise regular meets, conclaves, and seminars for principals to discuss emerging trends in education, leadership challenges, and solutions.
To act as a bridge between schools and universities, facilitating career fairs, workshops, and other events that help students make informed decisions about their academic future.
To give Honor and recognize outstanding achievements in the educational sector, including meritorious students, innovative teaching practices, and exceptional school leadership.
