This organization is dedicated to the advancement of educational institutions, striving to ensure the implementation of an efficient teaching and learning process, thereby fostering the development of a robust education system in India.

At its core, URJAA Global Principals Association is committed to the mental wellness of both students and teachers. Recognizing the importance of holistic development, the organization conducts a variety of workshops tailored for students, teachers, principals, and parents. These workshops cover crucial topics such as the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), the National Education Policy (NEP), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In addition to educational workshops, URJAA plays a pivotal role in organizing career fairs, providing valuable opportunities for students to explore potential career paths. The association also facilitates exchange programs between Indian schools and their counterparts abroad, thereby enriching the international knowledge of students and equipping them to become global citizens.

The driving force behind URJAA Global Principals Association is its founder, Jyoti Luthra. With over 26 years of experience in the education industry, Luthra has held significant positions in various Grade A schools in Delhi. Her extensive experience and robust network in the education sector have been instrumental in connecting approximately 3,000 principals globally. Under her leadership, URJAA continues to thrive, making significant strides in enhancing the educational landscape.

Ms. Jyoti Luthra

Jyoti Luthra is one of those archetypal self-reliant teachers trainer who don’t just stumble into success by a stroke of luck, but has build her own empire with her sheer hard work, determination and perseverance.

She started her teaching career way back in 1996, as TGT (Chemistry) in DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh and groomed herself upto the level that she is a trainer today, not only for teachers, students, parents but also for principals too.

She is a soft skill as well life skill and motivational trainer for many corporates, schools and NGO’s.

She did her formal schooling form ‘Kulachi Hans Raj Modal School’ Ashok Vihar, Delhi and thereafter she did graduation B.Sc. (H) Chemistry from Hansraj College and Post Graduation M.Sc. (Chemistry) from the same college. There after she did B.Ed. from GGSIP University, Delhi.

There after she became TGT (Chemistry) in DLDAV Model School Shalimar Bagh, she looked up for more and new opportunities, she then served as PGT (Chemistry) in SD Public School, Pitampura, thereafter as PGT (Chemistry) in Apeejay School, Sainik Vihar for few years. In due course of time she mastered the skill of handling human resource & excelled administration, so she got a new opportunity of being the administrative head in ‘Mount Abu Public School Rohini Delhi, where she has got maximum learning.

She then joined ‘Cambridge Foundation School’, Rajouri Garden for growth and thereafter was working with ‘Monfort School’, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, and finally now she is Academic Advisor with G D Goenkas’ and has a very reputed position in education industry.
Thereafter having a vast experience in schools, she meanwhile started with workshops, seminars and sessions with the teachers to train them on effective and efficient teaching learning process. She always guided the teachers that a student’s mind, is not a vessel, that needs filling but it’s a wood, that needs ignition.
She strongly believes that education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think.
